Abacus is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to join our dynamic team at a client facility. This permanent full-time role focuses on recruiting associates for site functions, onboarding new hires, and maintaining strong client relations.

The ideal candidate will have recruiting experience, bilingual Spanish/English ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel to support daily attendance and performance reporting. This position requires flexibility and a high-energy, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience is required.
• Customer or client facing interactions are part of the role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
• Flexibility to accommodate scheduling changes.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite at our client's facility and build relationships.
• Recruit associates for site-specific functions.
• Monitor associates' performance on the production floor.
• Conduct new hire orientations and onboard candidates.
• Coach employees to improve performance and reduce turnover.
• Create daily/weekly reports (attendance, performance, turnover) using Excel.
• Conduct injury investigations as required.
• Assist with recruiting when needed.

Duties

• Work onsite at our client's facility and nurturing the relationship and ensuring all their needs are met
• Recruit associates for specific functions within the site location
• Actively monitor associates' work performance through walking the production floor
• Conduct new hire orientations, onboard candidates and check employees at the beginning of their shift
• Coach employees on performance improve performance and work to decrease turnover
• Create and maintain multiple daily and weekly reports such as for daily attendance/ performance and turn over reporting utilizing Excel.
• Conduct injury and employee investigations as required.
• Assist with recruiting when needed.

Qualifications
