Job summary

Abacus Corporation is seeking a energetic Bilingual Recruiter for a fast-paced, people-focused role in North Las Vegas. This seasonal position carries the potential to become full-time, with weekly pay, competitive benefits, and growth opportunities within a family-owned staffing leader.

You will build and maintain talent pipelines, manage full-cycle recruiting, handle onboarding and pre-employment screening, and coordinate with hiring managers on-site to ensure accurate and timely placements

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience in staffing agencies.
• Bilingual: Spanish/English or English/Creole is beneficial but not required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Flexible with shifting schedules and business needs.
• High energy and a positive, team-focused mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Build & Maintain Talent Pipelines: Recruit and sustain a strong pool of candidates for multiple client sites.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates to ensure a ready-to-deploy roster.
• Placement & Onboarding: Match candidates to assignments, conduct orientations, and prepare them for start dates.
• Pre-Employment Screening: Administer background checks, drug tests, and skills assessments in compliance with client and legal standards.
• Communication & Coordination: Answer phones and emails, partner with hiring managers, and ensure timely responses for client satisfaction.
• On-Site Support: Assist with associate check-ins at client locations when needed.
