Responsibilities

• Work onsite at our client's facility and nurture the relationship and ensure all their needs are met.
• Recruit associates for specific functions within the site location.
• Actively monitor associates' work performance through walking the production floor.
• Conduct new hire orientations, onboard candidates and check employees at the beginning of their shift.
• Coach employees on performance and work to decrease turnover.
• Create and maintain reports for daily attendance/performance and turnover using Excel.
• Conduct injury and employee investigations as required.
• Assist with recruiting when needed.
