WarHorse Gaming in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Bi-Lingual Human Resources Assistant to support HR operations, onboarding, and communications. You will greet visitors, manage employee records, and assist with interviews and orientations in a fast-paced casino environment.

The role requires two years of HR experience, a high school diploma or GED, and fluency in Spanish. Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS/ATS/LMS systems is essential; some evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as an HR assistant or coordinator.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HCMS, ATS, and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors and team members at the HR office, providing guidance on applications, assessments, and general inquiries.
• Maintain front counter, lobby areas, kiosks, and HR office spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Perform administrative duties, including maintaining employee records, data entry, preparing reports, and ordering office supplies.
• Manage team member and vendor badges, gaming licenses, and renewals.
• Support coordination of talent auditions, interviews, and new hire orientation.
• Assist with internal communication, including employee portals, hallway postings, and compliance with required federal, state, and local notices.
• Reserve training facilities, meeting spaces, and necessary audiovisual equipment.
• Assist with engagement, wellness, and retention events.
• Promote superior guest service in all interactions with applicants, team members, and guests.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all HR and company matters.
