Job summary

WarHorse Gaming, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., is seeking a Bi-Lingual Human Resources Assistant in Lincoln, NE. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, communications and records while serving as the first contact for visitors and staff.

Responsibilities include maintaining HR spaces, handling records, badges, and interviews, and coordinating training and events. A two-year HR background and Spanish fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years of HR assistant or coordinator experience.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is required.
• Strong guest service and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with HCMS, ATS, and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors and team members at the HR office with inquiries.
• Maintain front counter, lobby, kiosks, and HR spaces.
• Handle administrative duties including records, data entry, reports, and supplies.
• Manage badges, licenses, and renewals for team members and vendors.
• Coordinate talent auditions, interviews, and new hire orientation.
• Support internal communications and compliance notices.
• Reserve training facilities and AV equipment.
• Support engagement, wellness, and retention events.
• Promote superior guest service in all interactions.
