Job summary

MAXIMUS is hiring a Delivery Coordination lead to support end-to-end BI/digital delivery. You will maintain plans, track progress, and escalate risks to BI leadership. The role requires coordinating multi-team delivery, ensuring stability, and driving continuous improvements across the delivery lifecycle.

You will apply delivery frameworks, manage capacity, and provide transparent updates to stakeholders. UK-wide travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data, BI, or digital initiatives to scope, time, and quality.
• Experience in delivery, operations, or programme roles in complex organisations.
• PMO or delivery management experience in agile environments.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and capacity management with resource trade-offs.
• Delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid, etc.) with consistent ways of working.
• Operational stability: incidents, risks, dependencies, service continuity.
• Leads or coordinates BI Administrators or support teams for steady service.
• Clear stakeholder updates, managing expectations and delivery outcomes.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process or tooling improvements.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps to support planning and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery plans, trackers, and status updates.
• Highlight slippage or risks and escalate to BI leadership.
• Support timely execution of agreed work with delivery leads.
• Monitor operational activities and maintain records for continuity.
• Log incidents, issues, and risks; escalate via defined channels.
• Apply delivery frameworks and maintain artefacts for governance.
• Produce clear, up-to-date delivery information for stakeholders.
• Lead or support BI Administrators to enable high-quality delivery.
• Identify recurring issues and document opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate multi-team delivery across technical and nontechnical groups.
