Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting end-to-end delivery of data/BI initiatives.
• Experience in delivery, operations, or programme roles within a complex organisation.
• Experience in a PMO or delivery management function with Agile delivery.
• Strong planning, prioritisation, and capacity management with resource trade-offs.
• Experience designing or operating delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid).
• Experience ensuring operational stability, incident and risk management, service continuity.
• Experience leading or coordinating BI Administrators or related teams.
• Strong stakeholder communication and delivery updates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery plans, trackers, and status updates.
• Highlight slippage or risks and escalate to BI leadership.
• Support planning processes and capacity views for governance.
• Ensure delivery methodologies and governance are followed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and quality.
• Identify delivery inefficiencies and document improvements.
• Use delivery tools to support transparency without overengineering.
