Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to support end-to-end BI initiatives. The role focuses on maintaining delivery plans, monitoring progress, and escalating risks to BI leadership while ensuring operational stability and governance across multiple teams.

Ideal candidates will have experience in PMO or delivery management within complex organisations, with strong planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication skills in a cross-functional BI environment. UK travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting end-to-end delivery of data/BI initiatives.
• Experience in delivery, operations, or programme roles within a complex organisation.
• PMO or delivery management experience with Agile methods.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and capacity management.
• Experience designing or applying delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid).
• Experience ensuring operational stability and service continuity.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and updates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery plans, trackers, and status updates.
• Highlight slippage or risks and escalate.
• Support timely execution with BI leadership.
• Monitor operational activities and log incidents and risks.
• Follow escalation and assurance processes for service continuity.
• Maintain delivery schedules and capacity views.
• Provide clear delivery information to stakeholders.
• Lead/Support BI Administrators to deliver high-quality service.
