Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking an experienced Delivery Coordinator to support end-to-end BI/Digital initiatives within a PMO environment. You will maintain delivery plans, monitor progress, and escalate risks to BI leadership while ensuring governance and consistent ways of working.

Responsibilities include leading delivery teams, managing capacity, and providing clear status updates to stakeholders. Travel UK-wide may be required as part of business activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering data, BI, or digital initiatives on time and to scope.
• Experience in a delivery management or PMO role within a complex organisation.
• Strong planning, prioritisation, and capacity management skills with resource trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery plans, trackers, and status updates to ensure progress against milestones.
• Escalate risks and issues to BI leadership and stakeholders with clear, actionable updates.
• Apply delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid) and ensure governance and reporting requirements are met.
• Lead or coordinate BI Administrators and delivery teams to maintain reliable day-to-day service.
• Provide transparent delivery inputs to planning discussions and capacity reviews.
