Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking to strengthen its Delivery Management capabilities across BI operations. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end data, BI, or digital initiatives, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and to quality.

The candidate will work with BI leadership, PMO, and cross-functional teams to maintain plans, track progress, and escalate risks. Responsibilities include maintaining delivery trackers, capacity planning, and governance while driving continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting the end-to-end delivery of data, BI, or digital initiatives, delivering to scope, time and quality.
• Experience in a delivery, operations, or programme role within a complex organisation, balancing priorities and stakeholder demands.
• Experience in a PMO or delivery management function that operates agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery plans, trackers, and status updates to support delivery
• Highlight slippage or risks and escalate to BI leaders and delivery leads
• Apply delivery frameworks and maintain documentation, artefacts and governance
• Lead or coordinate BI Administrators and enable high-quality operational delivery
• Maintain capacity views and workload trackers to support planning discussions
• Provide clear delivery updates and manage stakeholder expectations
