Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end delivery experience in data/BI/digital initiatives.
• Experience in a delivery, operations, or programme role within a complex organisation.
• PMO or delivery management experience with agile delivery methods.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and capacity management; balance demand and resources.
• Experience designing or applying delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid, etc.).
• Experience ensuring operational stability, incidents, risks, dependencies, and service continuity.
• Experience coordinating operational teams like BI Administrators or support functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery plans, trackers, and status updates.
• Highlight slippage or risks and escalate to BI leadership.
• Apply delivery frameworks and maintain governance documentation.
• Support BI Administrators and leadership with task priorities.
• Provide clear, up-to-date delivery information to stakeholders.
• Identify recurring issues and document improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across technical and non-technical groups.
