Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to support end-to-end BI and data initiatives. You will maintain delivery plans, track milestones, and escalate risks to BI leadership, while ensuring operational stability and adherence to governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering data, BI, or digital initiatives on time and to scope.
• Experience in delivery, operations, or programme roles in complex organisations.
• Background in PMO or delivery management with Agile methods.
• Strong planning, prioritisation, and capacity management skills.
• Experience applying delivery frameworks (Agile or hybrid).
• Proven ability to ensure operational stability and incident management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including BI Administrators.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery plans and track progress against milestones.
• Highlight slippage or risks and escalate issues to BI managers.
• Support continuity of service and operational health reporting.
• Apply the BI operating model and standard operating procedures.
• Allocate tasks and escalate performance concerns to management.
• Maintain capacity views and status updates for planning discussions.
• Apply delivery governance and adhere to reporting requirements.
• Identify and document opportunities for delivery improvement.
