Job summary

Centris Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced BI professional to transform business questions into scalable data products, dashboards, and analytical solutions that guide decision-making across the organization.

You will manage backlogs and roadmaps for BI, work with data engineers, and ensure data accuracy and usability across reporting platforms while partnering with business leaders to drive adoption of analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BI, analytics, or reporting development experience.
• 5+ years using SQL Server and enterprise data warehouses.
• Experience translating business needs into reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting and analytics needs.
• Translate requirements into scalable data models and dashboards.
• Develop complex SQL queries for data warehouse analysis.
• Design and maintain Tableau and Jaspersoft dashboards and reports.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and auditability of reporting.
