Job summary

RBC Capital Markets, LLC in Jersey City, NJ seeks a Senior BI & Reporting Analyst to govern enterprise Tableau platforms, oversee BI developers, and enforce SDLC governance. You will architect high‑performance dashboards, admin Tableau Server in HA environments, and automate data Refresh with Control‑M and Python.

You will lead data engineering using SQL Server, integrate Snowflake/Databricks/Delta Lake, and ensure robust security and scalability while collaborating with Global Markets teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years of related work experience.
• Experience administering Tableau Server in HA environments and with TSM/Tabcmd.
• Strong SQL development and Python automation for BI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and govern enterprise Tableau platforms for Global Markets analytics.
• Lead data engineering efforts with SQL Server and optimize schemas and queries.
