Job summary

Credit Union of America seeks a data analytics professional to deliver insights for financial, member, marketing, and project decisions under minimal supervision. You will support the BI & Analytics team, produce reporting, and assist with data-driven projects.

You will help manage the data warehouse, standardize data, and train users in Tableau and other tools, promoting accurate, accessible analytics across the organization. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of analytics experience or related work.
• Bachelor’s degree or industry certifications equivalent to a degree.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist BI & Analytics Manager with reporting, results, and cost analyses.
• Prepare reports and presentations to promote understanding of analysis results.
• Administer data warehouse and support data standardization and data management.
• Assist in user training of Tableau or other end-user interfaces.
• Promote and teach data analytics methods to other employees.
