Carbliss in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Market Manager to own and grow the assigned market through distributor management and field sales, building strong relationships with distributors and on/off-premise accounts. You will drive market strategy, execute initiatives, and collaborate with brand ambassadors to expand distribution and brand presence.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of distributor management experience in beverage alcohol is required.
• Strong understanding of distributor relationships, sales practices and market dynamics.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the assigned market.
• A proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with distributors, customers and partners.

• Own and grow the assigned market through field sales, account development, distributor management and market strategy.
• Spend ~60% of time in the field building relationships, growing accounts and opening new business.
• Manage distributor relationships and performance; primary contact for distributor partners.
• Work with distributor sales teams to drive distribution, placements, programming and displays.
• Develop market-specific sales strategies to support goals, quotas and distribution objectives.
• Plan and execute product samplings, events and market initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales.
