SNFood & Beverage, the brand Carbliss, is seeking a field sales professional to grow and defend market share in the Virginia area. You will spend a substantial portion in the field, developing distributor relationships, opening new accounts, and executing market strategies.

The role requires 3-5 years in distributor management within beverage alcohol, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of distributor management experience within the beverage alcohol industry.
• Strong knowledge of distributor relationships, sales practices and market dynamics.
• Ability to travel regularly across the assigned market and spend significant time in the field.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors, customers and partners.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies that support company goals and distribution objectives.
• Build and manage distributor relationships, acting as primary contact for assigned partners.
• Plan and execute product samplings, events, activations and market initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Collaborate with distributor sales teams to drive distribution, placements, programming and displays.
