Drinkcarbliss is hiring a Market Manager in New Orleans to drive distribution and sales in a fast-growing Ready to Drink cocktail brand. You will secure and expand accounts, manage in-market activities, and work with distribution partners to meet monthly quotas.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of sales experience in distribution, hospitality, supplier or beverage industry preferred
• Valid driver's license, insurance and satisfactory driving record required
• Strong knowledge of liquor retail consumers preferred

Aufgaben

• Create and grow accounts in the market (90%), with some office/administrative tasks
• Secure and expand distribution in assigned account base
• Proactively identify sales opportunities and respond to threats
• Plan and execute territory objectives toward quotas and distributions
• Maintain weekly pre-plans for the territory and customer base
• Adhere to regulations governing the industry
• Follow up on customer issues and commitments
• Maintain sales route lists and pricing/marketing materials
• Develop relationships with on/off premise accounts and distribution partners
• Support new product placement and promotions; analyze sales trends
• Meet monthly quotas and participate in trainings and meetings
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for smooth operations
• Flex hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Monitor inventory based on trends and promotions
• Plan two product samplings per week and utilize CRM for tracking
