Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Account Sales Manager for Des Moines and Carlisle, IA. You will drive up-selling and manage fulfillment, focusing on retention and penetration of accounts across small and large formats with major brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and more.

The role is full-time, with early start hours, and includes a base and commission structure along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment or a sales position with accountability for sales targets/up-selling.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand growth, share, and distribution.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts pre-selling products, promotions, displays, and POS materials.
• Develop beverage shelf reallocations to maximize brand sales and ensure product availability.
• Install revamped beverage sections, displays, and placement of POS material per merchandising standards.
• Stock and merchandise brands in the beverage section and manage racks and displays.
• Maintain sales records and reports on promotions, competition, and space allocations.
