Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a Sales Consultant to service retail stores in the Phillips division across the Duluth, Cloquet, and North Shore area. This is a full-time role with earnings potential of $50,000–$75,000+ annually based on sales performance.

You will manage a sales territory, perform merchandising, present products, and ensure up-to-date accounts receivable while using POS systems to optimize displays. Local candidates preferred; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or related industry experience.
• Route sales experience highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation).

Responsibilities

• Territory management: maintain contact with retail accounts.
• Sell products, present pricing, and achieve company objectives.
• Merchandise using POS and optimize shelf layout.
• Servicing: handle sales calls and inventory checks.
• Administration: maintain proper paperwork and AR updates.
