Job summary

Total Wine & More in Pleasant Hill, CA, is seeking a Supervisor to help grow our brand and support store operations. You will lead service teams, coach staff, and help build a culture of best-in-class service for a distinctive world of beverages and more.

You will supervise teammates, train for product knowledge and sales skills, resolve customer issues, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years in a supervisory role in retail.
• Strong interpersonal and team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a team member capacity to support service, merchandising and front-end operations, drive sales and KPIs.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues.
• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
