Job summary

WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC is seeking a Beverage Shift Supervisor to lead the beverage team during assigned shifts and ensure top‑notch guest service. You will train staff, oversee operations, and model a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example management style.

Responsibilities include staffing, inventory, cash handling, and adherence to company policies, with supervision under the Food & Beverage Manager. A pathway to growth exists within a Tribal‑owned property.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in food and beverage management with supervisory role in high-volume beverage gaming operations.
• Must be able to obtain a Nebraska Gaming License.
• ServSafe certification and TIPS Alcohol Awareness certification are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Practice, support, and maintain the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming.
• Provide the tools, training, and supplies for the beverage team to deliver exemplary guest service.
• Assist in scheduling beverage team members to ensure coverage during regular hours and events.
• Monitor par levels and daily inventory of supplies.
