Job summary

The Beverage Shift Supervisor at WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC oversees the beverage service team during shifts, trains staff, and leads by example to ensure guest satisfaction.

This role manages scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and compliance with health and safety regulations, while supporting the Beverage Manager in orders and promotions; a high-volume, multi-bar environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or older.
• Associate degree or equivalent related experience
• Three (3) years of experience in food and beverage management, with a minimum of one (1) year in a supervisory capacity in a high-volume beverage gaming operation that includes Banquets, Entertainment, multiple bars and restaurants.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong POS operational and programming experience.
• Knowledge of government health, hotel, or food service regulations.
• Proficient in operational financial management accountability and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the mission, vision and values.
• Provide tools, training, and supplies for the beverage team.
• Assist in scheduling beverage staff to ensure coverage.
• Monitor par levels and daily inventory of supplies.
• Maintain beverage inventory and orders.
• Balance cash register and report discrepancies to Finance.
• Ensure prompt, friendly service and beverage preparation.
• Comply with training and certifications; promote positive relations.
