Job summary

WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC is seeking a Beverage Shift Supervisor in Omaha, NE to help manage the beverage service team and operations during assigned shifts. You will train staff, oversee service quality, and lead by example to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

The role requires scheduling accuracy, inventory oversight, cash handling discipline, and adherence to regulations while supporting the Food & Beverage Manager and the broader department.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older and willing to work varied schedules.
• Associate degree or equivalent related experience preferred.
• Three years in F&B management with supervisory experience in high-volume beverage gaming.
• Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems; familiarity with inventory control.
• Knowledge of health, hotel or food service regulations; budgeting know-how.

Responsibilities

• Lead beverage team to deliver exemplary guest service and maintain service standards.
• Assist in scheduling beverage staff to ensure proper coverage for operations and events.
• Monitor inventory par levels and daily supplies, ensuring accuracy and cost control.
• Ensure cash-handling compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Support the Food & Beverage Manager in daily operations and training.
