Job summary

Ho-Chunk, Inc. and WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor (Ale Haus) to oversee beverage operations and lead a high-volume team in Omaha, NE.

The role reports to the Food & Beverage Manager and requires supervisory responsibility within a dynamic entertainment venue. Qualifications include 3+ years in F&B management, POS proficiency, regulatory knowledge, ServSafe and TIPS certifications, and licensure eligibility in Nebraska.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Associate degree or equivalent related experience.
• Three (3) years of experience in food and beverage management, with a minimum of one (1) year in a supervisory capacity in a high-volume beverage gaming operation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong point-of-sale (POS) operational and programming experience.
• Knowledge of government health, hotel, or food service regulations.
• Proficiency in operational financial management, accountability, and budgeting.
• Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
• ServSafe certification.
• TIPS Alcohol Awareness certification.

Responsibilities

• Practice, support, and maintain the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming.
• Provide tools, training, communication, and supplies for the beverage team.
• Assist in scheduling beverage team members to ensure coverage.
• Monitor par levels and daily inventory of supplies.
