Job summary

WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC is seeking a Beverage Shift Supervisor to help lead the beverage service team on shift, ensuring high guest satisfaction through hands-on leadership and staff training. This role supervises scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and compliance with health and safety standards, while developing drink specials and promotions and staying current with service trends.

Requires experience in a high-volume gaming environment, proficiency with POS, budgeting, and software like

Qualifications

Must be 19 years or older.
Associate degree or equivalent related experience
Three (3) years of experience in food and beverage management, with a minimum of one (1) year in a supervisory capacity in a high-volume beverage gaming operation that includes Banquets, Entertainment, multiple bars and restaurants.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Strong POS operational and programming experience.
Knowledge of government health, hotel, or food service regulations.
Proficient in operational financial management accountability and budgeting.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing the beverage service team and operations during an assigned shift.
Lead by example to ensure guest satisfaction.
Schedule Beverage team members to ensure coverage during operating hours and events.
Monitor inventory and par levels; assist with weekly and monthly orders.
Ensure proper cash handling and reconcile cash at shift end.
