Job summary

WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC is seeking a Beverage Shift Supervisor for the Graves shift to lead the beverage team and ensure guest satisfaction. The role includes supervising service, training staff, scheduling, and inventory management.

This position requires a minimum of three years in beverage management, a 19+ age requirement, and relevant certifications such as ServSafe and TIPS Alcohol Awareness. Compliance with gaming and health regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or older.
• Associate degree or equivalent related experience.
• Three (3) years of experience in food and beverage management, with a minimum of one (1) year in a supervisory capacity in a high-volume beverage gaming operation that includes Banquets, Entertainment, multiple bars and restaurants.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong POS operational and programming experience.
• Knowledge of government health, hotel, or food service regulations.
• Proficient in operational financial management accountability and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the beverage service team and operations during an assigned shift.
• Train staff to ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Schedule Beverage team members for coverage during hours and events.
• Monitor inventory and par levels; participate in weekly inventories and orders.
• Authorize comp transactions and balance cash registers at shift end.
• Develop drink specials and promotions; stay updated on beverage trends.
• Ensure compliance with training and licensing requirements.
