Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking a Sales Consultant in Training in Denton, TX. This entry role supports, services, and maintains accounts, stocking shelves, building displays, and following up after deliveries.

You will learn to manage a territory, drive sales, and promote products through in-store tastings and promotions. Ideal candidates bring liquor industry exposure or related hospitality experience, strong communication, and fit with a can-do attitude.

Formación

• Experience in liquor industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and prioritize work.
• Competitive, self-motivated and customer service oriented.
• Professional written and oral communication skills.
• Have reliable transportation with valid insurance.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to lift to 50-pound cases.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation package). Must pass criminal background and MVR.

Responsabilidades

• Travels around assigned territory to service accounts.
• Check quantities of goods on display, cold box placements, in stock and service the accounts.
• Fills shelves from displays and back stock to minimize out of stock items.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers.
• Communicates with Sales Representatives regarding changes in buyer’s preferences and inventory.
• Builds trust and a strong working relationship with retailers by upholding Johnson Brothers values and providing excellent customer service.
• Performs other work-related tasks and special projects as assigned.
