Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking a Sales Consultant in Training in Denton, TX. The role supports service of accounts, stocking shelves, building displays, and following up after deliveries to maintain shelves in the liquor department storage areas.

Responsibilities include territory management, promoting products and promotions, in-store tastings, and servicing accounts while pursuing sales objectives. Local candidates preferred; must pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in liquor industry, such as bartender or liquor store work, is a plus.
• Goals/results oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travels around assigned territory to service accounts.
• Check quantities of goods on display, cold box placements, in stock and service the accounts.
• Fills shelves from displays and back stock to minimize out-of-stock items.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers.
• Communicates with Sales Representatives regarding buyer preferences, stock and shelf space concerns.
• Builds trust with retailers by upholding Johnson Brothers values and providing strong service.
• Performs other work-related tasks and special projects as assigned.
