Job summary

Johnson Brothers in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Sales Consultant In Training to deliver outstanding customer service, stock and merchandise products, and build compelling displays in an established territory.

You will assist Sales Representatives in selling wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages, submit orders, learn sales presentations, and grow the business while staying aware of industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills and communication.
• Familiarity with wine/beer categories is a plus.
• Ability to stock, rotate, and merchandise displays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to accounts
• Stocking, merchandising, and rotating products on displays and the shelf
• Build wine and beer displays in established territory
• Assist in completing store resets in established territory
• Facilitate resolution of customer service issues
• Learn to develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner
• Learn to submit accurate and timely orders for customers
• Learn to grow business in multi-level accounts selling diverse product portfolio
• Provide value-added services to maximize sales
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations
• Report daily and weekly activities within assigned territory
