Job summary

Imperial Beverage in Michigan is seeking Account Managers in Training to learn our sales process, drive assigned stores, merchandize products, and prepare to run own routes. You will shadow experienced managers and develop your own selling techniques while supporting local accounts.

The role involves full-time hours, route driving, store visits, and participation in events. Competitive pay and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Sales and beverage industry experience preferred.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Must live in assigned market.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Flexibility to work varying hours for events.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse people.
• Ability to obtain MI liquor license.
• Ability to lift ~30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise deliveries, stock shelves, and arrange displays.
• Job shadow and train with Sales Manager and Account Managers.
• Cover sales routes, plan for each account, and place orders.
• Sample and learn products with suppliers.
• Volunteer at local festivals and events.
• Assist with store resets and special projects.
