Job summary

Imperial Beverage in Michigan seeks an Account Manager in Training. You will shadow our sales team, learn the beverage categories, and drive routes to local stores, building relationships with partners and customers.

This full-time role trains you to manage a sales route, merchandise shelves, and place new products while gaining hands-on experience. You’ll participate in ongoing training, team events, and trips to expand knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Sales and beverage industry experience preferred.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Must live in assigned market.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Flexibility to work varying hours to accommodate customer needs and events.
• Ability to obtain a Michigan Liquor Control Commission license.
• Ability to lift/carry an average of 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise deliveries, stock shelves, and assemble product displays.
• Job shadow and train with Sales Manager and Account Managers.
• Cover sales routes, create a sales plan for each account, and place orders.
• Sample and learn about products with suppliers.
• Volunteer at local festivals and assist with store resets.
• Work on special projects.
