Job summary

Imperial Beverage in Michigan is seeking an Account Manager in Training to drive beverage sales across assigned stores. You will shadow experienced managers, learn sales techniques, merchandise, and build relationships while delivering on a weekly pay cycle.

The role requires a reliable vehicle, 21+ years old, and residence in the local market; training leads toward managing your own route. Full-time with strong growth in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• Sales and beverage industry experience preferred
• 21 years of age or older
• Must live in assigned market
• Reliable vehicle
• Flexibility to work varying hours to accommodate customer needs and events
• Ability to obtain a Michigan Liquor Control Commission license
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities

• Wake up and be awesome
• Merchandise deliveries and stock shelves at stores
• Shadow and train with Sales Manager and Account Managers
• Cover sales routes, plan for each account, and place orders
• Sample products with suppliers and attend events
• Volunteer at local festivals and assist with store resets
