Imperial Beverage in Michigan is seeking an Account Manager in Training to join our top beverage sales team. You will job shadow, learn our sales process, and develop your own route with on-the-ground experience delivering beer, wine, and spirits to stores in your market.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Sales and beverage industry experience preferred.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Must live in assigned market.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Flexibility to work varying hours to accommodate customer needs and special events.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with various types of people.
• Desire to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Ability to attain a Michigan Liquor Control Commission license.
• Ability to lift/carry an average of 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise deliveries and stock shelves and displays at stores.
• Job shadow and train with Sales Manager and Account Managers.
• Cover sales routes and create sales plans for each account; place orders.
• Learn products from suppliers and participate in store resets.
• Volunteer at local festivals and participate in special projects.
• Attend events and support store marketing efforts.
