Job summary

Imperial Beverage in Michigan is hiring an Account Manager in Training to shadow our sales team and learn the art of beverage sales, preparing you for your own route.

This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits, weekly pay, paid parental leave, trip opportunities, and generous PTO from day one. You will merchandise shelves, train with managers, and cover routes as you build relationships with store buyers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Sales and beverage industry experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and live in the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Drive own vehicle to assigned stores to put beverages in market and ready for customers.
• Merchandise product, rotate stock, and assemble product displays.
• Shadow and train with Sales Manager and Account Managers to learn sales techniques.
• Cover routes for Account Managers and place orders for assigned accounts.
• Sample products with suppliers and participate in community events.
