Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits in the North Kansas territory is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn SGWS products, the industry, and consultative sales while supporting senior sales staff and the Area Sales Manager.

This full-time role offers on-the-job training, opportunities to build customer relationships, analyze data, prepare growth plans, and contribute to meeting supplier and internal objectives.

Qualifications

• State Sales Permit required by state laws.
• Ability to analyze data and information for sales opportunities.
• Proficient in using SGWS technology and CRM tools.
• Able to structure and present customer proposals effectively.
• Proficient with mobile devices and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Learn SGWS products, industry, consultative sales, and customers.
• Support senior sales staff and Area Sales Manager in servicing and selling to customers.
• Build positive relationships and plan visits with clear objectives.
• Identify customer growth needs and develop growth plans for each account.
• Analyze data to increase sales and drive incremental opportunities.
• Document customer information in the Proof CRM application.
• Attend trainings and supplier events as required.
