Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Zephyrhills, FL is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to achieve sales objectives and manage a daily route across accounts. You will promote current and new products, coordinate promotions, in-store tastings, and service accounts with an energetic, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities include planning route strategies, presenting displays and promotions, monitoring inventory, collecting payments where permitted, and maintaining strong supplier

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training preferred.
• An understanding of wine and spirits is highly preferred.
• Strong accounting, computer, customer service and interpersonal expertise preferred.
• Must be results-oriented professional with excellent verbal/written communication skills; uses diplomacy and discretion. Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives and manage territory with monthly planning.
• Visit accounts on daily routes and ensure timely deliveries.
• Present products and promotions to customers with compelling displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock changes.
• Maintain brand visibility and execute POS materials.
• Handle accounts receivable and collect payments where permitted.
• Provide staff training on priority brands.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and resolve issues.
• Attend sales meetings and complete required training.
