Phusion Projects is seeking a Sales Specialist to build and maintain relationships with key accounts and influence the distribution of Phusion brands. You will drive new distribution, create displays, and increase brand visibility with targeted SKUs, pricing, and POS across independent and chain outlets.

You will manage key accounts through planning, execution, and reviews against current goals, with weekly travel within your territory and additional travel for market-wide drives.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience; 1–3 years related experience considered.
• Experience in sales or distribution roles is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to influence distribution of Phusion brands.
• Drive new distribution, create displays, and increase brand visibility with focused SKUs and program POS.
• Manage key accounts through planning, execution, and review of results against goals.
• Collaborate with wholesalers, distributors, and internal teams to align on accounts.
• Travel weekly within the assigned territory and additional travel 3–4 days per month for market drives.
