Job summary

Hensley Beverage Company seeks a Sales Rep, Small Format in Chandler, AZ to drive brand growth within a defined territory. You will present the portfolio, engage key accounts, and execute strategies to maximize visibility and sales.

Responsibilities include daily sales calls, merchandising, and coordinating with managers to optimize orders and promotions, while meeting KPI targets. This role requires a driver’s license and willingness to work weekends, with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in beverage or retail sales is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100+ lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation; vehicle allowance provided.
• Cell phone with data capability; phone allowance provided.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily sales calls and manage accounts in the assigned territory.
• Meet with buyers to place orders and discuss changes impacting sales.
• Promote the full product portfolio and seek opportunities to increase sales.
• Merchandise products, manage displays, and coordinate pricing with ads.
• Ensure POS materials are up to date and displays are refreshed.
• Record orders, monitor inventory, and maximize discounts in accounts.
• Communicate delivery needs and opportunities with the team.
• Guide daily stops with a manager, and complete end-of-day debrief.
