Job summary

Hensley Beverage Company in Show Low, AZ is looking for a Sales Rep, Combo to manage the full beverage portfolio across the Show Low territory, build relationships with accounts, and execute in-store plans.

You will plan daily routes, review orders, rotate stock, secure displays, and communicate with managers. Candidates must be 21+, able to lift 50 lbs, hold a valid license, and be available weekends and holidays; vehicle and cell allowances provided.

Qualifications

• Previous beverage industry or sales experience preferred, not required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable transportation required (vehicle allowance provided).
• Cell phone with data capability required (cell phone allowance provided).
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily sales routes and account visits.
• Meet with account managers/buyers to review orders and identify sales opportunities.
• Evaluate in-store product placement, freshness, and code dates.
• Rotate product, stock shelves, maintain pricing, and execute displays and POS materials.
• Take inventory and prepare orders for customer review.
• Secure displays, shelf space, and promotional placements using selling skills.
• Submit orders and updates through handheld device by deadlines.
• Communicate regularly with managers regarding account activity.
• Maintain communication with accounts, including occasional weekends and evenings.
