Job summary

Hensley Beverage Company in Show Low, AZ is seeking a Sales Rep, Combo to drive volume growth across its beverage portfolio. You will manage assigned accounts, plan daily routes, and build relationships to ensure strong in-store execution.

The role requires willingness to work weekends, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A vehicle allowance and cell phone stipend are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Reliable transportation; vehicle allowance provided.
• Cell phone with data capability; phone allowance provided.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily sales routes and account visits.
• Meet with account managers/buyers to review orders and identify sales opportunities.
• Evaluate in-store product placement, freshness, and code dates.
• Rotate product, stock shelves, maintain pricing, and execute displays and POS materials.
• Take inventory and prepare orders for customer review.
• Secure displays, shelf space, and promotional placements using strong selling skills.
• Submit orders and updates through handheld device by required deadlines.
• Communicate regularly with managers regarding account activity and opportunities.
• Maintain consistent communication with accounts, including occasional weekends and evenings.
