Craft Massachusetts, a division of Sheehan Family Companies, is seeking a Sales Representative for the Metro Boston area to manage and grow beverage sales across on-premise and off-premise accounts. The role reports to the ASM - Metro Boston and offers an exempt, salaried position with commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Outside Beverage Sales experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales volume within an assigned territory of on-premise and off-premise accounts.
• Identify and secure new on-premise and off-premise accounts with high-visibility opportunities.
• Present and promote beverage portfolio to drive placements and menu features or tap handles.
• Implement promotional programs, displays, and marketing initiatives in accounts.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and distribution targets.
• Execute pricing programs, incentives, and retail promotions to drive sell-through.
• Build displays and ensure shelf schematics and materials are implemented effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams on local promotional initiatives.
• Provide market feedback and insights to management for strategic planning.
