Job summary

Craft Massachusetts is seeking a Sales Representative for the Metro Boston area to manage on-premise and off-premise accounts. This exempt, salaried role includes commissions and a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule, with territory travel.

You will build relationships with store owners, managers, and beverage directors, promote our portfolio, and drive placements, promotions, and sell-through while achieving sales targets and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Outside Beverage Sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Must have access to a vehicle with active insurance and license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales in assigned on- and off-premise territory.
• Promote beverage portfolio to drive placements and features.
• Execute pricing programs, incentives, and retail promotions to drive sell-through.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, distribution targets, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and merch to ensure service.
• Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends.
