Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow account relationships in Marin County, CA. You will drive sales of supplier brands through effective planning, selling execution, and clear communication, achieving company and supplier objectives while representing a fun, family-based culture.

Primary duties include routing, client presentations, and on-site product placement, with a focus on inventory management and timely collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales.
• Proficient with MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diplomacy and discretion.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established, efficient pattern.
• Analyzes accounts and identifies opportunities; completes surveys and ensures compliance.
• Delivers professional sales presentations balancing company priorities with customer needs.
• Maintains product levels by inventory checks and restocking as permitted.
• Educates staff on priority brands through training seminars.
• Manages receivables and communicates about aged accounts.
