Breakthru Beverage Group in Marin County is seeking a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow independent retail accounts, driving sales and executing promotions. You will visit multiple locations, present products, and maintain stock levels to maximize visibility and supplier objectives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or related experience, 2+ years in sales, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training/experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diplomacy and discretion.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an efficient routing pattern.
• Delivers professional sales presentations to customers highlighting products and promotions.
• Maintains product levels and stocks in accounts where permissible.
• Educates account staff on priority brands and training seminars.
• Manages account receivables and processes credits/returns.
• Delivers products, handles issues and refers escalations to management.
