Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant in Texas who will visit customers, conduct consultative sales conversations, and grow revenue by building trusted relationships and presenting SGWS products effectively.

The role demands data-driven analysis, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed. A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are required. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive compensation and incentives.

• Ability to analyze and understand data and information.
• Proficient in using SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities.
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient with mobile devices and online communication techniques in a professional manner.

Responsabilidades

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
• Discover and identify customer growth needs.
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of opportunities.
• Analyze data to increase sales and grow customer business.
• Pre‑plan account visits with an agenda and selling opportunities documented in CRM.
• Visit accounts regularly and document visit plans in CRM.
• Maintain knowledge of SGWS products and position them effectively in accounts.
• Propose selling solutions and close sales using consultative skills.
