Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits in Honolulu seeks a Sales Consultant to visit customers, conduct consultative conversations, and grow revenue. You will develop account plans, analyze data, and maintain CRM records to drive incremental sales while aligning with company objectives.

The role requires a driver’s license, willingness to travel, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Able to analyze and understand data and information.
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities.
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and online communication techniques in a professional manner.
• Able to consistently achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
• Discover and identify customer business growth needs.
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline.
• Analyze data to increase sales and grow customer business.
• Pre-plan account visits with an agenda and selling opportunities in CRM.
• Visit accounts regularly and document outcomes in CRM.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and position them effectively.
• Propose selling solutions and close sales using consultative skills.
• Meet internal SGWS and supplier objectives as prioritized by management.
