Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits in Houston, TX is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to visit beverage retailers, build trust-based relationships, and drive revenue through consultative selling.

You will analyze data, develop growth plans for accounts, maintain CRM, and collaborate with suppliers to hit objectives. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required; a vehicle is provided via auto allowance.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to analyze data and understand information
• Able to travel as needed
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Proficient with mobile devices and professional communication

Responsibilities

• Visit accounts regularly and build trust-based relationships
• Identify customer growth needs and develop a growth plan
• Build a pipeline of opportunities to drive incremental sales
• Analyze data to increase sales and achieve objectives
• Document visit plans and outcomes in CRM
• Propose selling solutions using consultative selling skills
• Meet or exceed defined sales objectives
