Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant in Medford, OR, to visit customers, conduct consultative conversations, and drive revenue growth. You will build lasting relationships, identify growth opportunities, and manage a robust pipeline using CRM.

The role requires strong data analysis, presentation skills, and proficiency with mobile devices. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required; travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to analyze and understand data and information.
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities.
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient in using mobile devices (e.g., iPad®, smartphone) and online communication techniques.
• Able to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances.
• Able to communicate effectively through various methods and tailor messages to the audience.
• Able to travel as needed.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Visit accounts and conduct consultative sales conversations.
• Develop customer business growth plans and a sales pipeline.
• Analyze data to increase sales and grow customer business.
• Pre-plan account visits with agendas and selling opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records of visits and plans.
• Remain knowledgeable of SGWS products and position them effectively.
• Propose selling solutions and close sales with consultative skills.
• Support customer growth by providing information and guidance.
• Stay aware of competitor offerings and SGWS positioning.
