Genbev is seeking a Sales Consultant to promote and sell beverage products within the Washington, Ozaukee and Milwaukee areas. You will communicate brand plans from supplier partners and work to achieve team sales goals.

Responsibilities include engaging with accounts, delivering in-depth product presentations, building strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets while staying informed on industry trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with assigned customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations through in-depth presentations which convert product features to benefits.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position offerings in the market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation as required.
• Follow the 10 Steps to the Sales Call and Six Standards of Performance.
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.
